A dedicated PSW (Personal Support Worker) for over a year now. Aarti enjoys physically assisting her clients in any way she can, while allowing clients who are able bodied to maintain their independence and freedom of mobility. She also enjoys having a cup of tea and doing activities that bring happiness to her clients.

Aarti encourages her clients to move and stay active even on days when they may not want to or exercise isn’t scheduled. By being patient and listening to the concerns of the client, Aarti has been able to build trust and support which helps clients power through workouts and feel good about themselves.
