Can you take my loved one to medical appointments?
Not only do we accompany your loved one to medical appointments, but we do this for lifestyle reasons as well. If your loved one is hoping to attend their 50th high school anniversary and needs the support, we would be happy to help.Do you have a set minimum of hours for service?
We have a 3 hour minimum which we protect with great care, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and attentive care that engages them in social interaction while receiving the care they need.My parent has been independent their whole life and now needs help with the rest room. They don't want my help?
Our PSWs are trained in providing support with these activities of daily living with dignity and grace, understanding that modesty and independence are important to preserve.What is the best way for me to help them at this time in their life?
RHL believes that caring for a loved one requires a village. Families have an important part in the care process, and RHL fills the gap between the family and the medical systems.Is Rose Hill Lane a nursing home?
No, we are not a nursing facility. We can provide care in any environment where our client chooses to be, whether that is at home or in a nursing home.Do you provide overnight care?
Yes we do! Many of our clients require 24 hour care, 7 days a week. We are accustomed to providing care at all times of the day, 365 days a year.My parent wants to pass at home surrounded by their life and memories - is this possible?

We have a structured process called the Care Plan that involves meeting with your loved one, family, and support partners to understand expectations and objectives.How do you safeguard care records?
Each client has an individualized record kept in their home, built alongside the Care Plan, noting meals, activity, and any changes in care required.How can RHL help with special diets?
We work closely with your loved one to spark interest through meal planning, choosing recipes, and listening to stories about their culinary interests.Can you assist with post-surgical recovery?
Most definitely. RHL PSWs are trained and experienced in supporting post-surgical clients to return to their residence of choice and daily activities.How are your services provided?
